Chill Dude Chillers follows applicable Florida state laws and regulations governing HVAC contractors, including Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, and the Florida Building Code.
Customers are encouraged to review all terms prior to purchase and contact us with any questions.
Chill Dude Chillers reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Chill Dude Chillers provides professional HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection services.
Due to the nature of HVAC labor and service work, refunds are only issued under the conditions listed below.
Once services have been rendered, including labor, diagnostics, inspection, or maintenance, payment is non-refundable, except as required by Florida law.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
1. Advance Payments
If you cancel a scheduled service 24 hours or more before the appointment time, any advance payment or deposit may be refunded minus any applicable cancellation fees.
2. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived on site, performed an inspection, or provided a written estimate.
3. Installation of Parts or Equipment
All parts, equipment, and replacement units are final sale.
Returns or refunds are not accepted once equipment or parts have been installed, customized, ordered from a manufacturer, or delivered to the job site.
4. Service Workmanship Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the workmanship of the service performed, please contact us within 3 business days.
We may offer:
• a warranty repair,
• a service correction at no additional charge,
• or a service credit toward future labor.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.
No Refunds for the Following
No refunds are provided for:
• labor performed on site
• service calls, trip charges, or diagnostic fees
• permits or inspection fees
• manufacturer warranty work
• customer-provided parts
• work performed under extreme conditions or emergencies
• maintenance plan fees after service has begun

Service Warranty
Chill Dude Chillers follows the manufacturer’s warranty for all equipment, parts, and units.
Any defect or failure covered under a manufacturer warranty will be handled in accordance with the warranty terms.
Labor warranties may vary depending on the type of service performed.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service appointment without penalty if notification is given 24 hours in advance.
If cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply, not to exceed the scheduled service charge.
