1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, booking a service appointment, or purchasing HVAC products or services from Chill Dude Chillers, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

Chill Dude Chillers provides residential and light commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to:

• Heating installation, repair & maintenance
• Preventative maintenance plans
• System inspections & diagnostics
• Thermostat installation & replacement
• Indoor air quality solutions
• Ductwork evaluation & repair
Service offerings may vary based on location, technician availability, and equipment availability.

3. Estimates & Pricing
• All estimates are preliminary and based on information available at the time of the inspection.
• Final pricing may change due to system conditions, labor requirements, material costs, permits, or additional work needed.
• Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
• Any changes beyond the original scope of work must be approved by the customer before additional work is performed.

4. Appointments, Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be made through the website, by phone, or email.
While Chill Dude Chillers strives to meet all scheduled times, service windows are subject to change due to weather, emergency calls, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee not exceeding the service call charge.

5. Payment Terms
We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payment methods as listed at checkout.
• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless specified in a written service agreement.
• Installation projects may require a deposit before equipment is ordered.
• Balances not paid within 30 days may incur late fees or collection costs.

6. Warranties
• All product and equipment warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer, and their terms apply.
• Labor warranties vary based on service type and will be noted on the invoice or service agreement.
• Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and may require evaluation by a licensed technician.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law:
Chill Dude Chillers is not liable for:
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• damages caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repair
• damages caused by power outages, lightning, flooding, or other acts of nature
• issues resulting from pre-existing system damage or improper installation by a third party
Customer acknowledges that HVAC systems require routine maintenance and agrees to follow manufacturer guidelines.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to the following:
• Provide safe and accessible work areas for our technicians
• Inform technicians of any hazards or special conditions
• Maintain the replaced/installed equipment per manufacturer requirements
• Follow technician recommendations to preserve warranty coverage
Failure to do so may void warranties or result in service denial.

9. Refunds & Service Assurance
Refunds, credits, or service corrections are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the website.
Chill Dude Chillers may offer service corrections or warranty work at no charge based on the nature of the issue.

10. Permits & Code Compliance
Certain installations may require local permitting and inspections under Florida Building Codes.
• Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
• Chill Dude Chillers follows Florida Building Code, local municipality regulations, and industry safety standards.

11. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, website content, designs, and service descriptions are the property of Chill Dude Chillers.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or reuse is prohibited.
