Chill Dude Chillers™ Merchandise Return & Refund Policy

At Chill Dude Chillers™, we take pride in providing high-quality apparel and merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible merchandise.

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.

Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized merchandise.

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards.

Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to inventory availability) within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was shipped.

The item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or shipping has not begun.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Chill Dude Chillers LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or resolution if approved.
